Sign Up For The FALL CSA NOW!!
Fall is almost here and we are now accepting members for our 2023 Fall CSA program! The Fall season starts September 19th and runs for 12 weeks finishing on December 14th. Our Fall CSA Membership Form is now available to download on our Join page!
Hilltop Farms is the first and (to our knowledge) still the only USDA Certified Organic Farm in Wake County, NC! We grow all our vegetables with no pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, GMOs or synthetic fertilizers in compliance with all the National Organic Program standards and requirements.
A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a farm membership program whereby members join prior to the start of the season to provide the farm with "seed money" in return for a weekly or bi-weekly box organic veggies. The Fall season typically starts with holdovers from the summer season like, potatoes, okra, eggplant and peppers along with new plantings of squash, cukes, and snap beans. In October the shift begins toward the return of cool season veggies such as arugula, broccoli, cabbage, kale, pac choy, sugar snap peas, radishes, spinach, winter squash and more!
So send us an email now and sign-up to get your spot on the farm!
Thanks - Farmer Fred
Welcome to Hilltop Farms
in Willow Springs, NC

We are a 200 + year old family farm in southern Wake County, NC, practicing sustainably grown, pesticide free growing methods through USDA Certified Organic standards since we were first certified 2004!
We are committed to growing all fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs in a completely natural way that protects the soil and the health of our members.
We use NO CHEMICAL PESTICIDES, HERBICIDES, FUNGICIDES, OR SYNTHETIC FERTILIZERS on our crops and NO GENETICALLY-MODIFIED (GMO) SEEDS TO GROW OUR FOOD.
We provide a connection that's been lost in recent years between consumers and the land on which their food is grown. Our members share in the risk and bounty that nature may provide.
We operate our version of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). You can find information here about how it works and how you can join. Thanks for visiting our site!
Sincerely,
Fred & Virginia Miller
